Kingsford Heights Parks and Recreation Pavilion Rental
The Pavilion, located at 515 Wayland in Kingsford Heights, behind the Community Center, is available for rental for private gatherings, non-profit organizations, public meetings, and social events.
The Kingsford Heights Pavilion can be rented under the following conditions:

The Pavilion will be rented on a first-come, first-served basis.

The person renting the Pavilion must be at least 18 years of age.

The Pavilion rental fee must be paid in full upon reservation.

The individual(s) or group renting the Pavilion may occupy the building only during normal operating hours unless the Parks and Recreation Board grants a prior exception.

Alcohol may not be sold at the facility.

The Pavilion must be left clean and undamaged after rental, or the person who rented it will be billed for all cleaning and/or repair expenses. Park staff will inspect the facility before and immediately after the rental period.

The rental fee for the Pavilion will be less for local “Non-Profit” Organizations with the prior approval of the Kingsford Heights Park Board.

All individuals or groups using the Pavilion must comply with all applicable Park Rules, City Ordinances, and State and Federal laws.
